Submissions are closed for the QAF 2026 Community Art Show.

If you’d like to submit work for consideration for year-round programming opportunities with the Pride in Art Society, more information is available through the SUM gallery website.


Submission Checklist:

Submissions for the QAF Community Art Show must include:

  • Artist name and preferred email address for contacting.
  • Digital images of artworks. Please submit individual files such as jpgs, links to a website, or files in a digital drive are also suitable. Please do not embed images in a pdf.
  • Artists may submit up to 3 pieces. Please note due to space constraints, not all submitted works may be accepted.
  • Artwork information for each piece (title, medium, year, dimensions, and price if applicable).

Additional information that is helpful but not required:

  • Artist biography.
  • Artist statement.
  • Resume/cv.
  • Headshot.
  • Links/social media.

All works must be installation-ready (ie, framed, hanging brackets, wires, etc). QAF staff will be onsite for installation, but whenever possible artists are encouraged to help!
